Bishops Stort ford Tennis Club partnered with Covair to address a seasonal decline in bookings that was affecting both revenue and member engagement during the winter months. The club’s outdoor courts, whilst excellent during summer, became increasingly underutilised as autumn weather set in and members drifted away until spring.
